Since there have been some questions over what the difference is between the Pride events (such as dances) and the standard FVA events. For the most part they’re extremely similar. They are generally at the same locations, and the people helping to make these events happen are often the same. The big difference is where the proceeds go. For the FVA events, the proceeds simply go into paying for the locations for our events, and for equipment etc. The Pride proceeds go to the pride fund, which is what’s backing the Pride celebration in June. So that will hopefully answer a few questions, and if you have any more, feel free to ask!

FVA Monthly Meeting

Just as a reminder to everyone, we have a meeting on the first Tuesday of every month at 7:00 pm in the downstairs meeting room in the Kalispell library. These meetings are open to everyone, member or not, and we welcome any and all input. So if you have any ideas, comments, or suggestions for events, or an events/dance we’ve had, come to the next meeting and let your voice be heard!
