ACLU files Lawsuit on behalf of seven Montana Couples MONTANA MAKES NATIONAL NEWS
In April of 2010 Missoula City Council passed an Anti-Discrimination ordinance that protects the LGBT community. This was a major victory for the LGBTIQ community and made national news headlines. In July of 2010 the ACLU filed a lawsuit on behalf of seven gay couples for its failure to provide legal protections to gay couples & their families. See article at ACLU website. |
